Queensland Parks and Wildlife Nature-based Tourism Strategy

Resolve Global and EC3 Global have been contracted by Tourism Queensland to prepare a Queensland’s first interagency Parks & Wildlife Tourism Strategy which will provide an integrated and focussed approach to the planning, development, management and marketing of tourism in Queensland parks. The strategy will focus on the delivery of priority iconic, world class experiences in key parks and for iconic wildlife experiences - in line with Brand Queensland, Brand Australia and associated psychographic target markets.

Murray River Trail

Resolve Global has been contracted by the Shire of Murray to prepare a Trail Development Plan for a section of trail along the southern bank of the Murray River from Pinjarra to Ravenswood. The Project will ensure that the Shire of Murray has an effective planning document that will provide future direction for the development of this section of trail.

Rottnest Island - sustainabilty certification

Resolve Global is currently assisting the Rottnest Island Authority complete certification under the Earthcheck certification program. The Earthcheck certification program allows tourism businesses to benchmark their sustainability performance (energy, waste, water and CO2) against like  businesses.

Eighty Mile Beach Interpretation Centre

Resolve Global has been contracted by the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) to investigate the feasibility of establishing a Nyangumarta cultural and environmental interpretation centre and associated programs based out of Nyiyamarri Pukurl (Eighty Mile Beach) south of Broome, Western Australia. This will provide the Nyangumarta people with another mechanism to care for their country and share their knowledge and connection to country with their own people and visitors.

Cape Le Grand eco accommodation development

Resolve Global is currently preparing a feasibility report in conjunction with Adams and Associates to determine the viability of establishing a high value eco tourism accommodation facility at a beach location within the Cape Le Grand National Park. This is one of several Naturebanksites being investigated by DEC and Tourism WA.

Hamersley Inlet -proposed caravan park and camping ground

Resolve Global is currently preparing a feasibility report in conjunction with Adams and Associates to determine the viability of establishing a caravan park and associated facilities at Hamersley Inlet within the Fitzgerald River National Park. This site development proposal is part of the Fitzgerald River is part of the Fitzgerald River National Park Improvement Project, a State and Federal Government funded project to enhance tourist access and facilities in the park.

Pilgrims Trail Strategic Plan

Pilgrims Trail Strategic Plan

Resolve Global has completed a draft Strategic Plan for the Pilgrims Trail. The trail takes its inspiration from Benedictine monk Rosendo Salvado, the founder of the New Norcia Benedictine monastery. The strategy provides a plan for the development of a first class walking trail from Subiaco to New Norcia, taking in locations such as the Swan River, Guildford, Walyunga National Park, Chittering Valley and Bindoon. Preparation of a Manual and Design Guidelines for nature based caravan parks and camping grounds in Western Australia for the Department of Environment and Conservation. The Manual and Guidelines detail the steps required to successfully plan for and design a nature based camping ground or caravan park. Application of the guidelines is likely to become a compulsory component in the planning and licensing of nature based facilities under the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Regulations, 1997
